A hot power vinyasa that allows you to build both strength and endurance while incorporating a much needed stretch.
Hot 26
Hot 26 is a traditional 26 postures are held twice in the standing series and once in the floor series. Class is both heated and humidified.
Hot Vinyasa
Hot Vinyasa is a hot/humid class in which the teacher will choose an appropriate leveled instructional practice. Class will vary day to day.
MPS (Modified Primary Series of Ashtanga)
MPS or Modified Primary Series will embrace 60 minutes of Ashtanga's primary series in a heated room.
Dancing Shiva
Dancing Shiva is a creation of Annie Dirk combining a mixture of Bikram inspired postures and vinyasa flow as a silent instructor. Class is both heated and humidified.
Hot 26 & 2
Our favorite 26 and 2 inspired poses in a 75 minute opportunity. Class is both heated and humidified.
Hot 26 Plus (A Drishti Original)
Traditional Bikram inspired Postures as well as powerful Warrior postures held for 60 seconds followed by a Sun Salutation. Combining both static and dynamic for the ultimate challenge of body and mind. Class is both heated and humidified.
